Sigor Designs wasn’t built overnight. It’s the product of decades of sweat, loss, and love—a story rooted in family, fueled by hard work, and carried forward by memory.
It all began in the early ‘80s with Greg Rogis and a small welding shop known as Rogis Welding & Sandblasting. Greg and his brother Robyn could build just about anything with their hands—trailers, tanks, flatbeds, farm equipment. They were self-taught, resourceful, and relentless. Together, they built a name for themselves across Clinton and Jackson Counties.
In 1989, the family moved to a farm that would become home base—and still is today. That same shop, tucked away on the Rogis property, now houses Sigor Designs. But back then, it was a place where tools clanged, steel sparked, and young boys learned to work beside their dads.
Greg’s sons, Lee and Jed, and Robyn’s son, Sam, all grew up in that shop. They learned how to weld, how to problem-solve, and how to build things that last. Most importantly, they learned what it meant to work for something bigger than yourself.
Greg always dreamed of turning the business into something more. He called it Sigor Enterprises, hoping one day to mass-produce the hopper bottom trailers he was known for. But in 2004, Greg passed away unexpectedly. His dream, along with the shop, went quiet.
Jed wanted to carry it on. But in 2011, he too was taken too soon in a car accident. The loss was heavy. The old shop became a place of storage—a reminder of what was.
For years, it stayed that way.
Then in 2024, something changed. Sam and Lee decided to pick the tools back up. Alongside Bailee Rogis, they traveled to Texas to train in professional epoxy work. It wasn’t just a class—it was a chance to create again, to rebuild something meaningful.
That’s when Rogis Handyman Services LLC was born—offering remodels, custom builds, and stunning epoxy creations. And from that, Sigor Designs was reclaimed.
This time, not as a welding shop. But as a space to dream again, build again, and honor the men who started it all.
Sigor Designs is more than a name. It’s a promise to keep building—with purpose, with pride, and with family always at the heart of it.

They remodeled our bathroom, and did an amazing job!! Very reasonable priced, and quality work. Sam was courteous., and left no mess behind. And communicated every step of the way. Couldn't be happier with the outcome.

I had super sketchy basement stairs that needed replaced and the stairwell needed some serious TLC. Sam came over and did an excellent job in a very timely manner. I am so happy with how it turned out and now my stairs are solid and safe to use! I would hire him again and reccomend him to anyone in a heartbeat!

We hired Sam to fix a ceiling that needed some tiles fixed.
Sam and Bailey were great to work with, Sam did an excellent job! We already have Sam getting us a quote for more repairs😊 Highly recommended and glad to have someone like Sam in our area!

Every project is unique, but most kitchen or bathroom remodels start around $2,000–$15,000, depending on materials and scope. We’ll give you a clear, itemized quote up front — and don’t forget, your first project gets $300 off!
Very. When professionally installed, epoxy countertops last 10–20 years and stand up to heat, scratches, stains, and daily kitchen chaos. You can cook, chop, and spill without stressing.
On average, epoxy runs 30–50% less than granite or quartz, depending on size and design. You’ll get a luxury look for a much friendlier price — plus $300 off your first project.
Most epoxy countertop projects take 1-2 days to pour, but can take up to 2 weeks for proper hardening, curing & touch-ups
